Private Drama brought the glamour and razzmatazz of Broadway to Park Lane to create an awards dinner spectacle guests will never forget. With bespoke choreography, musical scores, costumes and set, guests were transported through an evening of dazzling Hollywood history. The evening began in the 1930s with 42nd Street, splashed through the ‘50s with Singing in the Rain, and leapt out the other end of the ‘50s with West Side Story, before it revved into the ‘70s reuniting Sandy and Danny in Grease. After a diva turn to the sound of ‘Don’t Rain on my Parade’ we tangoed headlong into our colossal finale; ‘Roxanne’, complete with solo violin, sexy tango dancers, aerial performances and of course, two fabulous soloists. Words cannot convey the sheer scale of the rehearsals or the performance in the Great Room at the Grosvenor House, so please watch our movie showcasing backstage insights through to the awe inspiring final show!
